Yes. Each product is its own purchase, license, and download. Buying one does not include the others.

Ubwiru Onboarding Agent auto-sends by design (a scheduled welcome sequence). Every other product only creates drafts for your review by default — nothing is sent or posted without you first approving it. Ubwiru Email Agent has one optional exception: once you've personally reviewed a draft, you can choose to schedule that specific, already-approved reply to go out automatically at a later time instead of sending it yourself right away.

Yes. Ubwiru Receptionist Agent can be connected to a dedicated business phone over Bluetooth (the same way a car connects to a phone) so it answers actual incoming calls, entirely on your own computer with no cloud calling service involved. It can also run the simpler way, through a microphone and speaker at a desk, if you don't need real call answering.

Windows 10/11 or Linux (including WSL2) for most products. Ubwiru Receptionist Agent and Ubwiru Document Agent specifically benefit from a dedicated GPU; the others work fine on a typical business laptop. If you'd rather not guess, we sell Ubwiru G-LOC workstations, built and tested specifically to run our products at full speed.

No. Our products — including Ubwiru Document Agent, used by lawyers, healthcare administrators, and other professionals — are tools to help you find and organize information faster. Nothing they generate is legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice, and you remain responsible for reviewing any output and making your own professional judgments. Yes — messages you type into the chat widget on this website are sent to DeepSeek (our AI provider) to generate a reply. This is separate from the products themselves, which don't do this. See our Privacy Policy for details.

This is normal, and not a sign of a virus. Our installers aren't yet signed with an expensive commercial certificate, so Windows treats them as unrecognized by default — the same way it would for any small software company's first release. If you see "Smart App Control blocked a file that may be unsafe": right-click install.bat → Properties → check "Unblock" → Apply → OK, then run it again.
